Support Groups

In carrying out our mission to improve the lives of women and empower them to achieve their full potential, we’ve found nurturing group settings to be very important to that process.  This is especially true when circumstances, domestic violence, and background with addictions, emotional or physical ailments make one’s life more complicated.

The WRC offers 12 step programs for AA and ACOA, a fibromyalgia support group, as well as a bipolar and depression support group. These and other options offer the support you need not just survive, but to thrive in whatever circumstance life throws at you.

All support groups that meet at the Women’s Resource Center are free and confidential. For more dates, times and more information on any of these groups click the calendar link or call WRC at (828) 322-6333.
