Hickory, NC – On Thursday evening, December 14th, Women’s Resource Center will host it’s annual “Holiday Open House” from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.  The event will be held at WRC, 125 3rd Street NE in Hickory and is free and open to the public.

Join staff, board members and volunteers as WRC celebrates the holidays with hors d’oeuvrs and refreshments. This is a wonderful opportunity to tour the Center, a Hickory Landmarks Society historical home decorated in Victorian style, and to learn more about the services and programs of WRC and how to get involved. WRC’s 20th Anniversary Cookbook, “Women, Wit & Wisdom in the Kitchen,” will also be available for sale for $12. It can also be ordered through WRC’s website at www.wrchickory.org.
